Custom orders
Designs are crafted to your specification after payment. The photo-approval step is part of every order; approval (or 72 hours of silence) confirms the piece for dispatch.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in USD (or local currency where offered) and include crafting and shipping. Orders are confirmed on successful payment.
Your designs
You keep creative credit for designs you make. By saving a design publicly you allow others to view and clone it in the gallery, and allow us to display it.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, infringing or abusive content in design names, engravings or reviews. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Liability
Jewelry is decorative. Gemstone folklore is cultural information, not advice. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
