How long until my piece ships?+
Each piece is made to order, usually within 72 hours of payment. Before it ships you'll receive real photos to approve — nothing leaves without your yes.
Can I change a design after ordering?+
Before crafting starts, yes — just contact us. After the photo stage, you can request adjustments right on the approval page (two rounds included).
Are the stones natural?+
Yes. We hand-select natural crystal beads and never use plastic or glass imitations. Third-party lab reports are published in the Trust Center.
Is the cat collar safe?+
Every cat collar has a breakaway buckle that opens under pressure. It's permanent — there is no way to order a cat collar without it.
What if it doesn't fit?+
Within 30 days of delivery you can exchange or convert to store credit. Measuring guides are on the Size Guide page — and our designers add comfort allowances automatically.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes, free on every order, with tracking. Typical delivery is 7–15 days depending on region.
