Every piece is crafted to order, typically within 72 hours of payment — followed by photo approval before dispatch.
Shipping
Free worldwide shipping on every order via tracked air mail, typically 7–15 days depending on region. A tracking number is emailed at dispatch.
30-day exchanges
Within 30 days of delivery, exchange your piece or convert it to store credit — including simple changes of mind. Contact us and we'll send instructions; return shipping for non-defect exchanges is paid by the customer.
Defects & safety
Craftsmanship defects are replaced at our cost, immediately. Any cat-collar hardware concern is replaced no-questions-asked.
